Fab Wisconsin presents, New Frontiers in Food: Innovation Goes International, a global forum focused on new food technologies. The delegation, including French companies Saint Fernan, Brasserie Ragnar, Valrhona, Mobeefox, and Brasserie du Bout du Monde will feature products and services ranging from Viking-inspired craft beer to nutritionally-dense buffalo beetles, sweetener from miracle berries to supplements from mushrooms, plus printed nutrients, dynamic packaging, and more. You'll get the opportunity to hear from all 14 Europeans companies present at the event.
Also speaking is a panel of leaders representing the five food cluster organizations that comprise New Frontiers in Food (each similar to FaB), based in France (Valorial and Vitagora), Spain (Clusaga), the Netherlands (Food Valley), and Belgium (Wagralim).
